Me 1% of the time vs. 99% of the time. And I love both photos equally. Good or bad angles don't change your worth ❤️ I recently came across an article talking about how one woman stated she refuses to accept her flaws, because she doesn't see them as flaws at all. I LOVED that because it sends such a powerful message that our belly rolls, cellulite, stretch marks are nothing to apologize for, to be ashamed of, or to be obsessed with getting rid of! As I'm getting older, I have cellulite and stretch marks that aren't going away, and I welcome them. They represent a life fully lived (for 28 years so far :)) and a healthy life and body at that. How can I be mad at my body for perfectly normal "flaws"? This body is strong, can run miles, can lift and squat and push and pull weight around, and it's happy not just because of how it looks, but because of how it feels. So when you approach your journey, I want you to remember these things: I will not punish my body I will fuel it I will challenge it AND I will love it 💗💗💗 If you're following my page, you're a part of helping me spread this message and creating this movement – thank you. #fbggirls #realstagram www.annavictoria.com/guides

Anna jednak udostępnia swoje zdjęcia po to, abyśmy w końcu przestali dostrzegać w sobie same mankamenty.

There are two reasons I want to share this with you ladies: one reason is because I want you to know having skin fold over on your stomach when you sit or to have "rolls" is not anything to hate or be ashamed of. The other reason is because while I say this, there have been times where if I ever found myself in front of a mirror where I am sitting and I see my stomach, I automatically think "ew!" because this is what society has conditioned me to think. Your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat to be healthy, your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat for you to love yourself, and your stomach does not have to be perfectly flat to be confident and beautiful and an all around amazing person. As a society, we shouldn't let physical characteristics set the standard for whether we deserve to love ourselves or not. Everyone deserves to love themselves, however I know that's easier said than done. What's amazing to me and what I have witnessed with the fbg girls is most of the time they start learning to love themselves more on their journey not because of the physical changes, but because of the mental and emotional changes that come from dedicating yourself, pushing yourself, and seeing just how strong you really are. (what we call "non-physical progress" and is just as, if not more important than physical progress). That type of strength and beauty can only be seen and felt from within. 💪💗 #fbggirls #realstagram www.annavictoria.com/guides

Christmas dinner transformation photo 🎅🏼🎄 The first photo was taken before eating food, the second was taken after eating lots of delicious Christmas food, and the third photo was taken the next day, today, before eating 😊 I wanted to post this transformation to remind you that eating lots of food one night won’t change your body permanently!! It’s normal for your tummy to expand when you eat lots of food!! It’ll go back down the next day! Everyone’s body goes through these changes differently and that’s okay!! Eat what you want without worrying! Don’t let food control you. Don’t punish yourself or feel guilty for eating food, food is meant to fuel you and it’s meant to be something that’s enjoyed, it’s not meant to make you upset. So please don’t stress out and skip out on eating all the delicious Christmas food, do what makes you happy and satisfied!! Treat yourself, life’s too short to count every calorie and portion everything you eat. Don’t beat yourself up for eating unhealthy or eating a lot because you aren’t doing anything wrong, you deserve to be happy with your body and love it no matter what!! So please don’t stress about eating!! Enjoy your holidays with your loved ones and cherish the special moments today!! 🌴☀️ Ps: I’m Finnish and celebrated Christmas yesterday, that’s why I already had my Christmas dinner ☺️ —————————————— . . . #christmasdinner #bodyposi #loveyourself #youreworthy #merrychristmas #loveyourbody #eatinggood #stopcomparing

AND I REGRET NOTHING 🍕🍔🍷🍪 (btw those emojis are literally what my cheat meal was 😂) If you're following 80/20 and you're going hardcore on that 80, then you deserve to go just as hard on that 20, amiright? 🤷♀️ and NO GUILT ALLOWED! 🙅❤️ On another note, I want to talk about "Bloated vs Non-Bloated" and "Sitting vs Standing" style pictures. These types of photos have become quite popular over the last year or so, and that's exactly what I was hoping would happen. I personally started sharing these photos when I was feeling pressured to be "perfect" and conform to society and IG standards. I wanted to show that you don't have to and you can still love every bit of your perfectly imperfect self. It was as therapeutic for me as it was for all of you and to see so many others sharing these types of photos has made me so happy knowing the positive impact it has on men and women of all ages. Now, the reason I want to bring this up…now that it has become somewhat "trendy" to do these types of pictures, I've seen lots of people start to bash on them for being attention-seeking, fake, and saying their only intention is to get likes, followers, go viral, etc. This makes me sad to see people criticizing those who are trying to make a positive impact or shift people's perception about what is real on ig. If someone gets more followers or likes because of it, who cares?? There's a much bigger picture here. I've received messages that these pictures have helped save girls from eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and more. Dub these photos "attention seeking" or "fake" while I continue focusing on the lives, hearts and souls they save. I will also say I don't do these photos often on purpose. I want each time I share a "#keepingitreal" photo to be 100% genuine and in the moment, just as this was. Am I posing before? Hardcore. Am I pushing out in the after? No. I'm relaxed and my tummy is just seriously bloated from all my cheat meal goodness. Let yourself live. Enjoy the meal. Drink tons of water after. You'll be bloated, yes. But the next day it will be gone and you'll be right back on track slaying another week of that 80%. 😉 #fbggirls www.annavictoria.com/guides
